Shamila (Boykins) Craddock
CEO of Doc's Facilities Solutions
Shamila Craddock is certified through Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) for Training The Trainer. As CEO, her primary duties include scheduling, executive administration and customer service. Shamila brings strong organizational direction to the company and interfaces with both clients and DOC’S cleaners to ensure excellent delivery of both products and services.
Assisting in many areas including Operations, Bidding and Job loading, Shamila’s implementation of best practices often places her in contact with OSHA Compliance and mentoring for start-up companies. Shamila is active in her community and a member of the Greece Chamber of Commerce.

With over 30 year’s experience in the facilities industry, Joel has worked in operations and commercial janitorial services. His expertise in dealing with private sector, union and non-union shops as well as in-house operations and contracted facilities maintenance providers, makes him an invaluable resource to customers.
Focused on Customer relationships and Sales, Joel understands that asking for proper job specifications is just the beginning to developing long-term, satisfied customers. Joel is an active member of the community as well as BNI (Business Network International), CMI (Cleaning Management Institute), and the Greece Chamber of Commerce.
Operations & Business Development Manager
Zynon’s comprehensive experience with facilities management includes; Oversight of building infrastructure, Guiding Scope of Work documents for service proposals; and Writing and reviewing service agreements. Thanks to Zynon’s experience on the customer-side of the desk, DOC’S has gained a very helpful perspective in order to hone the quoting process as well as customer services. He also played a critical role in recruiting, hiring and training cleaning staff brought on for Healthcare specific clients. Much like our management’s style, Zynon has a keen eye for high-value training and understands the importance of properly performed cleaning services.
With relationships to those in healthcare, Zynon brings extensive knowledge of Joint Commission compliance, Proper Healthcare cleaning principles, Contact room cleaning methods and Invention Prevention recommendations. Zynon has developed a reputation for being able to rapidly enact cleaning procedures for norovirus outbreaks and other Hospital Acquired Infections (HAI). He is also trained for handling situations involving EBOLA and Blood Borne Pathogens. Rounding out his healthcare relevant experience, Zynon is a trained and experienced HIPPA compliant services professional.
Finding an experienced marketer with cleaning experience is rare, but you’ll find it at DOC’S. Ray’s marketing experience has been put to use with business-to-business and business-to-consumer. Duties include: Website direction, Marketing training (for clients), preparation of topics and blogging as well as keeping abreast of industry trends.
With proven analytical, managerial and leadership abilities, Susan draws upon her extensive experience in leading teams and individuals to achieve goals by developing and promoting best practices. Her attention to detail enables DOC’S to accurately produce financial reporting and budget projections for each segment of DOC’S customers, as needed.
Susan delivers outstanding customer service. Her keen understanding of needs internal to DOC’S as well as customer organizations proves a great asset to our clients. Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections and payroll, Susan applies innovative technology to back office operations, increasing productivity and reducing cost.
