With over 30 year’s experience in the facilities industry, Joel has worked in operations and commercial janitorial services. His expertise in dealing with private sector, union and non-union shops as well as in-house operations and contracted facilities maintenance providers, makes him an invaluable resource to customers. Focused on Customer relationships and Sales, Joel understands that asking for proper job specifications is just the beginning to developing long-term, satisfied customers. Joel is an active member of the community as well as BNI (Business Network International), and the Greece Chamber of Commerce.
