Jan 25, 2013 – Doc’s Facilities Solution, Inc was formed January 25, 2013. Doc’s Facilities Solutions, Inc. is the brainchild of Shamila Boykins and Joel Craddock in which they felt they could help other small business in the areas of marketing and sales for their small businesses. So many local small businesses struggle to either market or sell themselves properly in the marketplace, so Shamila and Joel felt they could help these companies grow. Doc’s Facilities Solutions, Inc. also realized a market to help consult these small companies and in-house operations to better stream line themselves in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), looking at cost centers and opportunities within to grow on their strengths.

March 2013 – Doc’s Facilities Solutions, Inc has first billing

June 2013

June 2013 – Doc’s Facilities Solutions, Inc signs first consulting client (Senior Living Facility).

March 2014

March 1, 2014 – moved into first office space after starting the business out of the house, Doc’s Facilities Solutions, Inc. moved into 3380 Monroe Ave, Suite 114 in Rochester, NY (picture to follow) March 31, 2014 – Joined Cleaning Management Institute.

June 2014

June 2014 – Joined the Greece Chamber of Commerce

December 2014

December 1, 2014 – Signed first lease for 1-year at 65 Industrial Park Circle December 3, 2014 – Joel Craddock authors his first Article which is printed in the local Democrat & Chronicle Read the original article here

Joel Craddock completed Cleaning Management Institute’s Custodial Technician Training Program, Basic & Advanced Levels; Joel is now a Certified Trainer for these Programs. Completed February 4-6, 2015. February 11, 2015 Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, provided by The Greece Chamber of Commerce to commemorate to Grand Opening of Doc’s Facilities Solutions, Inc. training facility.
